BeyondFaith Hospice has medical social workers who understand the pain that both the patient and the family are experiencing. We aim to ease such pain by providing the psychosocial support that you need in order to cope with the situation.

Our medical social workers will educate the patient and the family about the things that need to be done in order to live life to the fullest as well as give advice and counseling to all individuals involved. They are also knowledgeable and have access to the different community services that you may need during this stage.
